Throwback Thursday: Downton Abbey

This was a requested look by Miss Danielle. I love this look because it's simple and beautiful. I have to be honest, I have never seen Downton Abbey. There is no denying that it is a huge success and I have heard nothing but wonderful things about the show in general.
This is one of the pictures that Danielle sent me to recreate.

This tutorial is not only great for everyday, but with a few tweaks it would be a beautiful bridal look!

Here are the steps I took in order to recreate this simple, gorgeous look:

1. Even out skin tone with foundation, and generously use powder (this look is very matte)

2. Using a beige eye shadow brush all over eye lid (I used Urban Decay Foxy)

3. From lash line to crease use light brown (Urban Decay Tease)

4. Line upper lid with light brown eyeliner (Ulta eyeliner in Brown)

5. Using a brownish pink lipgloss apply to lips

6. I used a light pink-brown eye shadow over the lipgloss to make the color matte and last longer
